Kirishima Gakuen Seitokai Shikkoubu

A young female student named Hiyori Ugaki experiences discomfort after encountering a strange man on a morning train. Although she generally enjoys school, she has recently felt uneasy about leaving her home. After submitting her concerns to the suggestion box of the student council at her all-girls school, she receives unexpected assistance. The student council is dedicated to promoting "freedom and hope."
