A man named Eiji Choukai is taken to another world through a ritual conducted by a deity. The deity examined Eiji's possible futures and assigned him a single class: "Parasite," unlike others who receive multiple options. With no other choice, Eiji is reborn in this new world in a dejected state. After using his Parasite abilities, he discovers he can greatly enhance his power by absorbing others' abilities. It appears Eiji's level may increase significantly.
