Kiss Players

By 2006, all Transformers had vanished from Earth, and efforts to rebuild Tokyo were in progress. The consequences of Galvatron's impact proved more severe than anticipated, as his Unicron-powered cells spread through the atmosphere. These cells merged with various living and non-living entities, creating monstrous beings known as Legion. However, the same cells also provided a defense mechanism—when they interacted with humans, those individuals gained the ability to fuse with other cell-infected entities through kissing. Recognizing the potential, the EDC began identifying and training suitable individuals, known as Autroopers, as specialized combat units called "Kiss Players" to confront the Legion threat.
