Five years after the events of "Akuma-kun Sennen Oukoku," this one-shot depicts the aftermath of Akuma-kun's death and his rise to control all creatures in Hell. Having gained command over Hell's minions, Akuma-kun aims to conquer the human world and merge the two realms. The human world resists this plan, prompting Kitaro to rally Japan's Yokai to confront Akuma-kun in a decisive and powerful battle.
