A man working at a confectionery company is promoted alongside a new colleague who is quiet, unassuming, and socially reserved. She avoids drawing attention to herself, particularly due to past issues. The man attempts to help her become more outgoing, and as they spend time together, he may develop affection for her. The story, which began on Twitter and was later posted on Nico Nico Seiga and Manga UP!, includes three additional chapters.
