A ruler known as Siren governs a city called Lakeside Park, which maintains an extremely high level of safety and happiness. One day, an Ondine, a type of information terminal created by Siren, becomes lost and is assisted by a boy named Len Kinami. As Len helps her, he expresses irritation while holding her hand, and the Ondine senses a warmth from him. This feeling is transmitted to Siren, who experiences an unfamiliar and confusing emotion.
