Kodomo datte Otona ni Naru

Nao returns home after an extended absence and unexpectedly meets Yuzuru, her first love, who announces his engagement to Suzu, their childhood friend. Upset, Nao goes back to Tokyo, only for someone to appear at her doorstep.
