Koisuru (Otome) no Tsukurikata

A high school student with a passion for cosmetics, Kenshirou Midou, applies makeup to his childhood friend Hiura Mihate, who is unremarkable in appearance. With Hiura's permission, Kenshirou performs the transformation, resulting in a striking change that makes Hiura look like a petite girl. Encouraged by the outcome, Hiura begins wearing the school's girls' uniform. Kenshirou is unsure whether this change reveals a hidden aspect of Hiura or if he is simply noticing something new. As their relationship evolves, both experience a sense of liberation through the transformation. The series began as a self-published work on Pixiv before being serialized in Pixiv comicPOOL and was nominated for the Tsugimanga 2020 Award in the Web Manga Category.
