Koisuru Ryuujin to Nie no Hanayome

In a village with tales of an ancient dragon god, Mikoto lives alone, unsupported by her adoptive family. She faces a grim destiny—being sacrificed to the deity. As she prepares for death and falls into despair, the dragon god Momonoe appears. Instead of accepting her as a sacrifice, he declares he wants her as his bride. Confused, Mikoto is surprised to be treated as a bride rather than a ritual offering. The affection Momonoe shows her is unexpectedly warm and intense. The story follows this unlikely pairing, a lonely girl and the ruler of the Water Kingdom, forming a bond as an intended couple.
