A man named Oyama develops feelings for Tsukiko-senpai, whose physical age changes daily. One day she appears as a high school student, another as a young child, and another as an adult woman. He struggles to understand her shifting appearance and questions her true age. Despite her changing form, he wonders if his feelings for her can remain constant.
