A high school sophomore named Kuramine Riku is visiting a convenience store when he intervenes to help a female employee being attacked. The employee is Hoshimiya Ayana, a well-known and attractive student at their school. After the incident, she informs Riku about a stalker she has been dealing with. As a result, they decide to move in together, with Riku pretending to be her boyfriend in order to protect her.
