Kono Ai wo Owarasete Kurenai ka

Yuzu idolizes Hayami Madoka and has no close relationships outside of her admiration. Sachiko, Madoka's best friend, becomes a target of Yuzu's resentment. To express her anger, Yuzu creates an anonymous account to post harsh remarks about Sachiko. When Sachiko finds out, she tries to connect with Yuzu and offers an opportunity to meet Madoka. A mishap occurs, leading to their bodies being swapped, and Sachiko falls into a coma.
