Kono JK, Nakami wa Doutei Yankee desu

Naoya, a top high school delinquent in Kanto, accidentally bumps into Kana on a bridge, causing their souls to switch bodies. Naoya, now in Kana's body, discovers her physical condition is worse than expected, with numerous scars and injuries. He is disturbed and unable to proceed with his initial intentions. As he attends school in Kana's form, he is attacked by students who bully her. Confronted with the reality of her life, Naoya reacts with intense anger toward her attackers, unaware of his presence.
