In a world where life value is determined by Level, Theo, a former S-Rank adventurer, awakens a thousand years after being reborn in a future where the concept of "Level Up" has been forgotten. At birth, all humans start at Level 1 and are treated as the weakest, constantly living in fear of monsters.
