Kono Te wo Hanasanai

Koh and Yukako were childhood friends until Yukako left due to her family's financial troubles. Koh has always considered her his first love, and even years later, he avoids forming relationships with anyone who doesn't remind him of her. When they reunite, Koh remains unchanged, but Yukako is now weak, struggling to survive by stealing, and lives with a man she refers to as her guardian.
