Koori Oni

In the 1990s in Hokkaido, a period emerges marked by police scandals that gain national attention. As gun-related incidents rise, the National Police Agency initiates a nationwide firearms crackdown. To fulfill demanding quotas, corrupt practices involving the yakuza become widespread. Amid this climate is Keisuke Kido, known as "The Ace," who builds a network of criminal informants to surpass his weapon seizure targets. He meets Sho Yashiki, a top figure in the Seirinkai syndicate. Kido seeks to make a major weapons bust and targets the Kashiwagumi's stash. He partners with Yashiki, who agrees to assist in exchange for Kido ignoring his drug-smuggling. Confident in their plan, they begin their operation, only to encounter unexpected challenges.
