Since the end of World War II, a feared assassin has been whispered about in Tokyo's underworld, someone even the Yakuza avoid. This figure is said to work as a ramen vendor by day, offering a bowl of his famous "Tenchuu Ramen" for 500 yen, the same price he charges to eliminate targets. Over time, questions have arisen about whether the assassin is still active or if the legend has been carried on by a new person.
