Kosodate Host wa Koi wo Tonaeru

Chiharu works as a host but dedicates most of his time to caring for his nephew, Akito, after his sister's death. When an accident leaves him injured and unable to work, he and Akito are left without a place to stay. A kind couple offers them temporary shelter at their temple, but the arrangement becomes complicated when it's revealed that their son is someone Chiharu knows from his past. The unexpected living situation creates tension as they adjust to being together.
