Kotori Yuu-chan wa Uchikiri Manga wo Itoshi Sugiteiru

A high school student named Tsukimori Tsukasa aspires to become a manga artist and has reached the final selection in the manga contest of the popular magazine Weekly Comet. He spends his afternoons in the manga clubroom, working on his storyboards. Another club member, Kotori Yuu, is fascinated by canceled manga and often interrupts his work. She criticizes his taste, comparing his approach to enjoying a death game from a distance. Tsukasa responds by defending his interest in the final moments and aesthetics of defeat. Their interactions in the clubroom are filled with lighthearted and humorous exchanges. The series includes a prologue and an epilogue in its chapter count.
