A government unit known as the Special Ability Division handles crimes involving individuals with extraordinary powers such as possession, precognition, telekinesis, and pyrokinesis. Tsuchida, who lacks any superpowers, is transferred to this division. The unit is made up of people with these very abilities, and Tsuchida finds himself working with and investigating them, despite their unusual behaviors and quirks.
