Koukyoushihen Eureka Seven

A 14-year-old named Renton Thurston grows weary of his uneventful existence and passes the time with an intense hobby called lifting, a type of aerial hoverboarding. His routine is disrupted when a large mecha, referred to as an LFO, crashes into his grandfather's garage, and a young woman named Eureka appears. This event marks the start of a transformative experience for both Renton and Eureka. The light novels, written by Tomonori Sugihara, present a version of the story that varies from the TV series, similar to the manga adaptation.
