A demon named Crimson Sakura, who has lived for 500 years, seeks to recover crystal fragments that hold the remains of her deceased lover, hoping to restore their life. Yuya, leader of the Kaga clan and a hunter of demons, is in pursuit of her. Their conflict leads them on a pursuit across contemporary Japan.
