Kuro no Souzou Shoukanshi

A high-schooler named Tsuguna dies prematurely due to a divine error and is granted a wish for his next life. He is reborn into a noble family in a magical world and receives the power to summon creatures, a magic he requested. His dark Japanese features are seen as a sign of bad luck, and his abilities develop slowly. He is confined to a basement where he studies his family's books. Eventually, he discovers the secret to unlocking his powers and begins his journey with a summoned companion to improve his skills.
