Kuro Ookami no Ichizoku

A male member of the Saiga family carries a cursed bloodline that grants certain individuals special abilities, though it takes a severe toll on their bodies. Sustaining this curse requires consuming bodily fluids. Akio Saiga, who possesses the power to read minds, has married Miyuu, the one he believes to be his destined partner. Despite the burden of his curse, being with Miyuu brings Akio a strange sensation—of a place unfamiliar to him and a girl he does not recognize, or possibly someone he once knew.
