Kuroake no Yakushi

A medicine seller named Kouen lives during the transition between the Meiji and Shouwa Eras. Despite being lazy and disorganized, he is highly skilled in his profession. Working alongside his assistant, Tsuruhiko, they assist ordinary people, though they become involved in an enigmatic event.
