Yuya Amae is a third-year office worker drained by his routine job. He unexpectedly reunites with Shiratori Aoi, a girl from his childhood who is eight years his junior. It has been seven years since they last met, and Aoi has matured into a high school student skilled in household tasks. She asks Yuya if she can live with him under the condition of a future marriage. Though surprised by her sudden request, Yuya agrees to let her stay, but only as her guardian for the time being. As Aoi begins to live with him, her behavior gradually challenges Yuya’s initial decision.
