A mysterious illness known as Melancholia affects parts of the city, erasing a person's memories of their most significant other. Kazanami Toki, who has unknowingly contracted the condition, meets Hanamiya Yuna, a person he has forgotten. Their unexpected meeting leaves him with an unfamiliar and confusing sensation.
