Twenty years ago, individuals known as Talent Users emerged, possessing great abilities that disrupted global power structures, leading to a decade-long conflict known as the World Talent Great War. Following the war, the world's geography and political landscape were reshaped, resulting in a new order dominated by Talent Users. In this altered world, the protagonist, Serizawa Atsushi, discovers his own Talent. He aspires to become a hero, but his Talent is assessed as "One who changes temperature," classified as S-Level 1, the lowest rank, and regarded by the government as worthless.
