A new line of advanced robots is introduced, designed to think for themselves and avoid harming humans. A solar radiation surge disrupts their systems, causing them to turn violent and attack indiscriminately. A young boy attempts to rescue his mother but ends up losing all he has. Afterward, he discovers he has been transformed into a new type of cyborg called a Logergik. Now, he is considered humanity's final chance for survival.
