In the aftermath of World War II, Tokyo becomes the setting for a mission to eliminate the human weapons developed by Unit 731. A young immortal girl, driven by a desire for freedom, joins forces with Kankuro Konoe, a former military nurse turned soldier. Together, they embark on a journey to locate and deal with the remaining human weapons dispersed across the region.
