Kyou mo Neko-sama no Atsu ga Tsuyoi

Two cats, Kijineko-sama and Kuroneko-sama, assertively manage their lives and the people around them. Their humans, Kanenosuke and Sumire, find amusement in the cats' often moody and demanding behavior, while the felines express their own opinions about how their humans fall short of their expectations.
