Akari has been reassigned to a bookstore in a city where humans and dinosaurs live together. There, she meets Terano-senpai, a carnivorous dinosaur who shows her consistent attention. Though he appears to be just a friendly coworker, Terano-senpai actually has romantic feelings for her. The story explores their relationship as they navigate life in a society where dinosaurs never went extinct.
