Kyuujitsu no Warumono-san

A top villain in an evil organization spends his days off enjoying pandas and ice cream, away from his usual world domination schemes. Known as the General, he is a major threat to the Rangers, Earth's defense unit. While he is often focused on his sinister plans, his off days are dedicated to harmless pastimes he enjoys. When a Ranger discovers him during one of these activities, it raises the question of whether his secret hobbies will remain safe.
