Kyuuketsu! Kuro Majou

Aya Hanamura is a model student at a girls' school. After encountering an elderly woman, she unknowingly takes a crystal ball. A mysterious voice later lures her into a trance. Each night, she experiences nightmares in which she is in a hypnotic state, heading toward a castle in feudal times where a noble vampire samurai drinks her blood.
