Kyuuketsu Shoujo Carmilla

Chizuko Kitagawa spends summer vacation in the countryside with her brother, parents, and an elderly family maid. One night, she and her brother rescue a foreign girl named Carmilla after a car accident. Carmilla bears an uncanny resemblance to a woman from the brother's childhood dreams. The family agrees to let Carmilla stay until she recovers, but the maid strongly objects, warning that keeping her will bring disaster. The story is a loose adaptation of Sheridan Le Fanu's Gothic tale Carmilla and was later re-released in 1986 under a different title.
