Kyuuketsuki Sugu Shinu

A vampire hunter named Ronaldo arrives at the castle of Draluc, a vampire believed to be powerful and the True Ancestor. Ronaldo is searching for missing children, suspecting Draluc is involved. Instead, Draluc is revealed to be the weakest vampire, easily dying and disintegrating from minor incidents.
