Kyuusai no Hi

A man discovers upon waking that the world beyond his home has become a desolate wasteland. While exploring for traces of life, he encounters a fetus in a ditch, which immediately clings to his thumb and refuses to release it. The situation becomes increasingly bizarre from that point.
