Leadale no Daichi nite

A woman named Keina Kagami, who was placed on life support following a severe accident, discovers that her only remaining freedom lies within the VRMMORPG World of Leadale. Upon regaining consciousness, she finds herself in the body of her in-game character, Cayna. While the concerns from her previous life seem to be gone, the world she now inhabits, though resembling Leadale, appears to be different from the one she once knew.
