Legaia Densetsu

In a world known as Legaia, people utilize items named Seru to access powerful abilities. Originally, these objects coexisted peacefully with humanity, but the emergence of a mysterious mist disrupts them, causing some individuals to transform into monsters. A decade later, the remaining humans form alliances to combat the mist. They employ Ra-Seru, entities unaffected by the mist, in their efforts to restore stability.
