A girl named Nao, known for her extreme honesty, receives a mysterious package containing a hundred million yen and a notice that she has been selected for the Liar Game. In this high-stakes competition, participants must deceive each other to win money, with the risk of incurring heavy debt if they lose. Nao, despite her honesty, is quickly defrauded of the entire amount. When a former criminal known for bankrupting a large company is released from prison, Nao seeks his assistance. She and the former swindler, Shinichi Akiyama, become involved in the Liar Game, entering a world driven by deception and greed.
