Morinomiya Gakuin is a school that trains phantom thieves, admitting only those who demonstrate a specific "ability." Sugisaki Wataru enrolled using his brother's name. Born as the younger twin in a family known for producing thieves, he was rejected by the branch family for lacking the required ability. His older brother, Yahiro, also failed to manifest the ability but excelled in deception and aspired to become a thief through lies. However, Yahiro left for unknown reasons, possibly due to an incident. Wataru now aims to become a thief and prove himself to others with abilities.
