A high school girl named Mio Mizuno wears only plain underwear and avoids anything more revealing. One day, while changing, her classmate Keita Urashima unexpectedly enters the room. Mio is startled when Keita comments on her choice of underwear, leading her to believe he is a pervert. Later, she learns that Keita is actually a designer for a lingerie brand that Mio greatly admires. He explains that there are other girls like Mio who face similar issues with their underwear.
