Love Boy Love

Aikawa is not confident about making friends in high school because of his size, attitude, and facial scar. He is open to friendships but does not actively pursue them. A classmate, Kisaki Taichi, first appears interested in becoming friends but crosses that line by confessing romantic feelings. Aikawa is surprised and attempts to reject him by referencing his lingering feelings for a girl named Suzuka. This strategy fails when Kisaki asserts that he is actually Suzuka, claiming to have cross-dressed at the time and later changed his family name due to his parents' divorce and remarriage. Aikawa must now reconsider his feelings toward this new version of Suzuka.
