Chigira Yuusuke is a young man suffering from memory loss. He lives a quiet life, working part-time and wearing a "Pale Rider" mask when not at work. His routine is disrupted when he meets Amemiya Miyako before a sudden attack devastates Tokyo, setting it ablaze. The attack's motives remain unclear, and Amemiya may be connected to uncovering Chigira's forgotten history.
