M3: Sono Kuroki Hagane

A decade ago, a dark mass appeared in the sky above Tokyo, expanding until it devoured the city, forming the "Lightless Zone." From this darkness emerge creatures called "Imashime," which attack at night. The only defense against them is the "Vess," machines armed with weapons capable of halting the Imashime's regeneration. Saginuma Akashi is among the best at piloting these machines. He and a small group have been chosen to lead the first mission into the Lightless Zone.
