Madowanai Hoshi

A ruined world forces humans to live in domes for survival, with the privileged residing in an inner dome focused on the animation industry, while the majority live in an outer dome performing various labor. The dome is presented as an anime-themed entertainment zone. The main character is a disillusioned man working in the outer dome. A message arrives from "Earth," followed by alien visitors who appear as cute girls. They identify as the "planets," each associated with orbiting moons, similar to microbes in Moyashimon. They claim to have come to help repair Earth's pollution, though they show a tendency to avoid work.
