Mae kara Shitteru Kimi no Koto

Ida finds a hurt kitten one evening and takes it to the vet for help. During the visit, the veterinarian unexpectedly tells Ida they have feelings for them, saying they think about them in their sleep and believe they knew each other in a past life.
