The Kuga family holds the highest status among deer in Nara Prefecture. Shiraha, the family’s heir, has a close bond with Sousuke, a human servant. Shiraha is admired and well-liked, while Sousuke occupies a lower position. Despite this, Shiraha often expresses affection toward Sousuke. Though Sousuke feels honored by this attention, he is aware of the boundaries between them. During mating season, Shiraha loses control and makes a move on Sousuke. After this, their once-stable dynamic shifts, and Sousuke’s sense of restraint is put to the test.
