Mahoroba no Hibi

A boy named Taka is struggling with depression after losing his cat, and his friend Tetsu is unsure how to help. Tetsu meets Hana, a cheerful and somewhat clumsy "Denpa Onna." Another boy has been meeting someone every year for seven years at an onsen introduced to him by his grandfather. He considers revealing a long-held secret to this person.
