Mahoromi: Jikuu Kenchiku Genshitan

Niwa, an architecture student, moves into his late grandfather’s house, which the grandfather also designed. The house feels eerie, and Niwa discovers a photo of an unfamiliar girl, not his grandmother. With a friend named Akira, he visits another old house slated for demolition. While there, he experiences something strange and unsettling. Akira speculates that the occurrences might be linked to the spirits of the buildings. Niwa begins to wonder if there is a deeper explanation behind the unusual sensations he keeps encountering.
